One of the last steps in the Sustaining the Humanities through the American Rescue Plan (SHARP) grant process is to submit a final report for your grant. The online form is now available for you to submit here, or you can use the form embedded below.

As a part of the final report, please complete the final budget form, available here. You will upload that form preferably as a pdf as a part of completing the final report.

It is essential that you submit a final report. Ohio Humanities uses this information to: 

• help individuals and groups throughout Ohio learn from your experience;
• evaluate and advocate for public humanities programs; and
• report to the National Endowment for the Humanities and Congress.

The final report is due 30 days after the end of the grant period. If you have any questions about completing the final report form, please contact a program officer.
