Join the Cleveland Restoration Society for the unveiling of the second historical marker on Cleveland’s Rights Trail. This marker honors former Cleveland Mayor Carl B. Stokes, the city’s first Black mayor and the first Black mayor of a major American city. Immediately following the ceremony, the Cleveland Restoration Society will be serving a 50th birthday cake in honor of its anniversary.
